Hi Stacy: I don't really have an exercise for you, but have found in work
with senior execs at fortune 100 the real challenge is getting them to
understand that they have assumptions that need suspending. Activities
around gaining awareness of assumptions that affect our behavior and
decisions may go along way in getting people to suspend their assumptions.
