I couldn't agree more. I for one don't have the patience to sit around.
I believe we lead by example. We can talk and talk but unless we do
something even if it's just little steps it's at least doing something.
Our personal expression, our humility, our service may change just one
other person and where there was one there is now two...three...four and
so it goes. As these people impact others change is happening. If we wait
for the top, we may never see it happen at all. The positive changes in
just one person impacts many and change can occur at the bottom and work
its way up, around in fact all over. The system has been rippled.
