Replying to LO12767 --

I found the approach recommended in Context Associated's "Excellence
Series" most productive. It consists, in the simplest terms, of
identifying the specific experiences which I absolutely MUST have. If I
don't find ways to meet these "driving needs" in a constructive fashion, I
will most certainly meet them destructively. "Power" is one example of a
need which I have in the past often met most . . . and perhaps most often
. . . destructively. The aggregate of these needs constitute my
"Definition of Success" and meeting them constructively is my mission.
